Tuesday 12th October AM; A tabby cat jumped through the cat flap when I arrived and for a moment I thought it was Millie until Millie was down next to me looking at the flap then me as if to say "who was that?" Cleo pottered down the stairs and enjoyed a stroke from me, then I set about washing up their bowls and gave Cleo her tablet and both cats some ham. Cleo wasted no time in munching on her Sheba, while Millie came out with me into the garden as I checked for poop in the tray and placed the bin bag from the kitchen into the black bin. I chatted to her and she shut her eyes enjoying the fuss. I checked the stairs, hallway plus room around the bed of the upstairs back room for any cat sick in case the girls had been poorly - all looked fine. I gave a final stroke to Cleo and then told them their mummy would be back soon.
Monday 11th October AM; Cleo must have heard me at the door as she was waiting for me. She and I had a good chat and she took her tablet. Millie came down to see me and had some ham as a treat and a cheek rub. She then settled in the lounge playing with the rug as Cleo waited for me to wash their bowls and serve breakfast. Cleo tucked into her food while I scooped out their tray from outside. I then gave the girls a stroke and said goodbye.
Sunday 10th October AM; Cleo and Millie met me as I arrived and they definitely remember me. They were affectionate and Millie rolled around on the floor enjoying the attention. Cleo enjoyed her head rub and they both tucked into some ham after Cleo had her tablet. I washed up the bowls and changed the water and gave them their breakfast of Sheba and dried food. I scooped out the poop from their tray and placed this in the black bin and left the girls happily munching. See attached pictures.
